The software provider give a short or long unique symbol code to the buyer. After the software is bought, the business persons first prepare mobile number database of individuals. The SMCS is an entity of a mobile station modem, which is fixed at one mobile station (usually it is SIM provider station). This SMCS send the recipient number code to the GMSC (gateway mobile station center). This GMSC send unique code to HLR (home location register). The home location register has all the mobile users registration form details. It gives the recipient network location to the mobile station center. Then the center sends message and the visitor code to the visitor location network(VLR). Finally the VLR conforms the visitor number and the message to the recipient mobile.
