Workers should have awareness about the safety issues and ability to handle those issues. For that, worker should have proper training to work safely at work place. Workers should identify the general issues regarding safety and health issues at workplace. Once a worker identifies the issues, it is important to communicate the information to a supervisor. Then, the supervisor will take an action to prevent the incidents. Workers should train to handle machinery with out any accidents. All employees need to know that they have the power to make changes. So they should do the work which will create safe workplace, like workers following the safety work practices. Always employees need to feel confident that they know what needs to be done and how to do it. They need to have a personal reason to get involved. The design process needs to include considerable employee involvement. So employees also learn safety work practices.
d. E-Learning:
Interactive e-learning is ideal for training large number of people situated at different locations and at different points in their training cycle. It is not similar to regular class learning. The training can be taken anywhere, any time of the day or week. Interactive e-learning does not require an instructor. Interactive e-learning is an interactive "one-on-one" tutor that draws the student into the learning process.
