Methods to prevent your email from getting spoofed

There are different methods to prevent email from getting spoofed.
  • The simple method is by distributing your SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records. This will protect your domain name from anyone trying to spoof or cheat with your domain.
  • McAfee provides a number of AntiVirus and Internet Protection products which helps in identifying virus that spoofs the mail and deleting it fron the system.
  • Norton Internet Security 2009 can also be used to protect your system.
  • Prisma Firewall is a personal firewall designed for home and small office windows desktops users and helps in providing a solution for the virus attacks.
