You should have order information and credit-card number, when you make a call to the company to cancel the order. You should not send your credit-card number through e-mail.
Necessary information about return should be provided by every company.

Before placing an order online
You should understand the return policies of a company before ordering the item. There may be restocking fees in companies specially for electronic goods. Read the return and shipping policies and then make sure whether you want to make an order, before placing an order. Because return process can be time consuming, and costly, and it is a problem.

In case there is any damage or the quality of the product or if it is not good then only cancellation will be considered. As soon as you get those products, you can report the issue to customer care through feedback section.

There are some exceptions for cancellation.
  • a. Cancellation will not be considered for some products which are listed under special events and promotions.
  • b. For some perishable items cancellation will not be considered when products have been already delivered, such as flowers, eatables, etc.
