Can Nutritious Food Reduce The Gynecomastia?

Bad eating habits create hormonal imbalances that result in gynecomastia. Most of us eat whenever we are free; we never follow the timings for eating due to heavy work, lack of time and many more. Many health problems are faced due to the imbalance in eating habits.

Hormonal imbalances are very common effect of bad eating habits. Discomfort in chest area in men is seen in gynecomastia patients. 19%-60% of total male population suffers from this in some point of their life. It can affect children, teenagers, adults and elderly people and mostly teenagers are highly vulnerable.
