Know about Application of SMS Advertising Software in Hospitals

Hospitals are using SMS advertising software for their business in many ways. Hospitals are increasing the promotion for their services by using SMS ads. SMS advertising gives benefits for the hospitals to retain their out patients, whom they have lost due to unavailability of the doctors or due to heavy rush in hospitals. SMS advertising helps the hospitals in the following ways
  1. SMS advertising helps the hospital to let the general people know the special day services. For example: Many hospitals celebrate some special days, like world heart day, world kidney day, world cancer day, world AIDS day, etc. In these particular days hospitals can get more patients, if they opt for SMS advertising. They can advertise like, 'free heart check up' on World Heart Day and so on.
  2. Hospitals also use SMS service to retain their out patients.
For example: Sometimes due to the unavailability of doctors, the patients may leave the hospital. If the doctor comes immediately after the patients has left, then the administrative staff can send messages to the patients saying “the doctor is available now, please come in”. This helps in creating a good impression of the hospital in the minds of the people and also retains the patient.
  3. Generally all hospitals do not have all types of specialist surgeons all the time. If a patient requires some specialist surgeon consultation, but the surgeon is busy in operation at some other branch, then the hospital gives a remainder SMS to the patient after the surgeon has come. In this way a hospital and the patient does not loose their time.
  4. Hospitals can use the SMS advertising, to give the test report collection remainder to their patients.
  5. Sometimes hospitals conduct health camps, but the camps are not successful, because the ad can not reach the people in time. If the hospitals use SMS advertising, then the health camps can be successful.
In all the above ways, SMS advertising is helpful to the hospitals.
